In plain terms, with the operating boundary stated upfront, we serve U.S. addresses only and provide complimentary tracked standard shipping. An order ordinarily requires 1-2 business days to process and an additional estimated 4-6 business days after dispatch, without a guaranteed arrival date. This presentation keeps the timing and customer consequence jointly understandable.

For transparent service, with the applicable exception kept narrow, returns without cause and exchanges are available within 30 days after receipt. We cover shipping on approved no-reason and quality-problem returns, and the original payment account generally receives an approved refund in 5-10 business days. Custom-made, clearance/Final Sale, gift-card, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive purchases fall outside the no-reason option, while consumer remedies for damage, defects, incorrect delivery, and missing goods continue.
